What data we collect

When you use the quote or contact form, we collect the details you enter: your name, company, email address, phone number and the information about your shipment. When you use shipment tracking, we process the tracking number you enter. If you have a client account, we process your login details and the shipments linked to your account.

Why we use it

• To answer your request and prepare a quote (steps taken at your request before a contract).
• To organise and follow up the transport of your goods (performance of a contract).
• To meet our legal obligations, for example accounting and customs requirements.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries only as long as needed to handle them and any resulting business relationship. Shipment and invoicing data are kept for the periods required by Belgian law.

Who we share it with

We only share your data with parties involved in carrying out your shipment — such as carriers, shipping lines, airlines, agents and customs authorities — and with our IT and hosting providers. We never sell your data.

Cookies

This website uses only the cookies needed for it to work, such as the session cookies used when you log in to your client account. The embedded map on the contact page is provided by Google and may set its own cookies when loaded.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, to object to or restrict its processing and to data portability.
